The Reckless Engineer - March 2007
Gig Review - By Dave Seward
(Alien Stash Tin)
Just wanted to say
thanks for a great night (Friday) at The reckless engineer.
As someone who very rarely listens to covers I have to say I was well
impressed!
Psycho Delia Smith Rocks!
From the first number Queens 'Tie your mother down, through to Hendrix,
The Who and The classic 'whisky in a jar' by Thin Lizzy the band came
across as musicians who really enjoy what they do.
Coupled with the brilliant light show which complemented the excellent
musicianship got the audience on their feet.
This isn't yer average pub covers band by any means. These guys play
some of the best rock from the 60s to the current scene and well
deserved the rapturous demand for an encore at the end of a well
delivered set.
